Inspection at Delivery: Customers should inspect their product at the time of delivery. If the product is found to be defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, the customer should not accept it. We recommend checking the product in the presence of the delivery team. If any issues are found, do not accept the product. Once the customer has accepted and signed for the product, complaints regarding defects, damage, or incorrect items will not be accepted.
Exchange or Replacement Policy: Comitsbd provides an Exchange or Replacement Return Policy. If a customer identifies a defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect product upon delivery, Comitsbd will replace it with a correct, brand-new product or exchange it for another right, brand-new product of the same price range.
Warranty Claims: For issues that arise during product use, customers can claim a service or brand warranty if the product's company or brand provides one. This applies to service warranties, brand warranties, or both.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of return.
